Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we are providing the following payment options.
- Office Payment Plan
- Payment for the total amount of the treatment is requested on the day of service. For your convenience, if paying by check, we can hold ⅓ of the balance for 30 days, and ⅓ of the balance for 60 days with post-dated checks. This splits the cost of the treatment into 3 checks, each 30 days apart.
- Payment in Full – 5% courtesy discount at time of service if paying by cash or check.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express – 3% discount at time of service, if paid in full.
- Care Credit
- No interest if paid within 6 months, for amounts between $200-$1000.
- 14.9% interest and fixed monthly payments for amounts greater than $1000
- Insurance
- Our office is “in network” with Health Choice, Delta Dental Premier, and Cigna. We accept payment from most other insurance plans, and will file the paperwork for you.
